AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, C~LIFORNIA, REPEALING A PORTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 745, PROVIDING FOR THE PASTEURIZATION OF MILK, PROVIDING FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND REQUIRING A PERMIT FOR FOOD HANDLERS, AND DECLARING THIS OR- DINANCE TO BE AN EI~ERGENCY O}tDINA~CE, PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR ITS BREACH. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana do ordain as follows: Section 1. 2~nat Section 1, subsection "a" reading as follows: That all milk produced, used or distributed in the City of Santa Aha, in private homes, hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, or soft drink stands, or otherwise for human con- sumption, be pasteurized. (b) That the pasteurization hereinbefore in this section provided for shall be accomplished in the manner and method required by the County tiealth Officer of Orange County: be, and the same is hereby, repealed. That all other sections of Ordinance No. V45 herein- before referred to, shall remain in full force and effect.
