RESOLUTION 65-101 AMENDING SECTION 3 OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD THE CLASS TITLE <br />OF ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council adopted <br />Resolution No. 58-281 revising and re-establishing the basic <br />compensation plan for employees of the City, which said Resolution <br />has been continuously maintained by amendment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class title to the <br />list of class titles contained in said Resolution and to allocate <br />salary and wage schedules thereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution <br />No. 58-281 is hereby amended by adding to said Section 3, in proper <br />alphabetized sequence, the following class title with the salary and <br />wage schedule set opposite the same as next herein set out: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE <br /> <br />SCHEDULE NO. <br /> <br />Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br />69 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take <br />effect on July 1, 1965. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of June, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> 'I, DORIS M.
