,3O3 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, <br />ACCEPTING CERTAIN STREETS THEREOF ON BEHALF OF THE SAID CITY AND <br />FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE GRADES THEREOF. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, no <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Those open public streets in the City of <br />Santa Ana, commonly known as and called South Olive Street and <br />Hickory Street are hereby accepted and declared to be open pub- <br />lic streets of the City of Santa Ana and named South Olive Street <br />and Hickory Street. <br /> <br /> The official grade of and upon South Olive Street is <br />hereby fixed and established as follows: <br /> <br /> The grade is stated at designated points upon and <br />along the center line of South Olive Street and the elevations <br />are given for the top of the crown of the street and along the <br />center line thereof as follows: <br /> <br /> At the point of intersection of the center line of <br />South Olive Street with the center line of Borchard Avenue, <br />67.80 feet. <br /> <br /> At the point of intersection of the center line of <br />Edinger Street with the Southerly extended center line of South <br />Olive Street, 65.10 feet. <br /> <br /> The official grade of and upon Hickory Street is here- <br />by fixed and established as follows: <br /> <br /> The grade is stated at designated points upon and <br />along the center line of Hickory Street and the elevations are <br />given for the top of the crown of the street and along the cen- <br />ter llne thereof as follows: <br /> <br /> At the point of intersection of the North line of <br />Tract No. 466 with the center line of Hickory Street,lOl.16 <br />feet. <br /> <br />At the point of intersection of the center llne of <br />Hickory Street with the center line of Bever~ Place, 99.20 feet. <br /> <br /> At the point of intersection of the center line of <br />Hickory Street with the center line of Wakeham Avenue, 104.20 <br />feet. <br /> <br /> At the point of intersection of the center line of <br />Bishop Street with the Northerly extended center line of Hickory <br />Street, 108.80 feet. <br /> <br /> Section 2. All of the elevations stated and given in <br />this Ordinance and which herein before fixed ann established as <br />the grades upon South Olive Street and Hickory Street are based <br />upon a datum plane adopted and establishes by Ordinance No. 871 <br />of the City of Santa Ana, which datum plane is 124.288 feet be- <br />low the center of a bench mark consisting of a copper pla~e <br /> <br /> <br />
