A Board of Election is hereby appointed in and for <br />special election precinct No. 3 to consist of one inspector, <br />two judges, and three clerks, each of whom is an actual resi- <br />dent of special election precinct No. 3, and a ~egistered quali <br />fled elector of one of the precincts of which special election <br />precinct No. 3 is composed and as follows: <br /> <br />Inspector C.B. Buxton <br />Judge E.L. House <br />Judge J.E. Prentice <br />Clerk Mamie E. Files <br />Clerk Gertrude E. Edlck <br />Clerk Mrs. M~rtle O. Swarthout <br /> <br /> Special election precinct No. 4 shall be composed of <br />g~neral election precincts of the City of Santa Ann now estab- <br />lished numbers 20, 21, 24, 25, 07 and which precincts are here- <br />by consolidated into special election precinct No. 4 for the <br />purpose of the said special election. <br /> <br /> The special election shall be held at and in said <br />special election precinct No. 4 at the Polytechnic High School <br />Building located at the southwest corner of West Walnut and <br />Ross Streets, and whic~ building iL-hereby designated as the <br />polling place for said special election precinct No. 4. <br /> <br /> A Board of Election is hereby appointed in and for <br />special election precinct No. 4 to consist of one inspector, <br />two judges, and three clerks~ each of whom is an actual resi- <br />dent of special election precinct No. 4, and a registered quali <br />lied elector of one of the precincts of which special election <br /> <br />precinct No. 4 is composed, and as follows: <br /> <br /> Inspector C.B. Kellogg <br /> <br /> Special election precinct No. 5 shall be composed of <br />general election precincts of the 6ity of Santa Ann now estab- <br />lished numbers 5 and 6, and which precincts are hereby congol- <br />idated into special election precinct No. 5 for the purpose of <br />the said special election. <br /> <br /> The special election shall be held at and in said <br />special election precinct N~. 5 at the Spurgeon School Build- <br />ing, located on Cubbon Str.~et between South Sycamore Street <br />and Broadway, and which building is hereby designated as the <br />polling place for said special election precinct No. 5. <br /> <br /> A Board of election is hereby appointed in and for <br />special election precinct No. 5 to consist of one inspector, <br /> <br /> <br />
