Wallace <br /> <br /> Special election precinct No. l0 shall be composed <br />of general election precincts of the City of Santa Ana now es- <br />tablished numbers 10, ll, 12, and which precincts are hereby <br />consolidated into special election precinct No. lO for the pur- <br />pose of the said special election. <br /> <br /> The special election shall be held at and in said <br />special election precinct No. l0 at Nra. D.C. NcGee's place, <br />located on the southwest corner of Fruit and Minster Streets, <br />and which build~.~g is hereby designated as the polling place <br />for said special election precinct No. 10. <br /> <br /> A Board of Election is hereby appointed in and for <br />special election precinct No. l0 to consist of one inspector, <br />two judges and three clerks, e~ch of whom is an actual resi- <br />dent of special election precinct No. l0 and a registered quali- <br />fied elector of one of the precincts of which special election <br />precinct No. lO is composed and as foll~s: <br /> <br />Inspector T.D. Anderson <br /> <br /> Section 5. <br /> <br /> The polls at the polling places hereinbefore desig- <br /> <br />nated and established in each of the special election precincts <br />must be opened at six o'clock A.M. on the day of election and <br />kept open until seven o'clock P~.M of the same day, when the <br />polls shall be closeS, except as provided for in Section 1164 <br /> <br />of the Political Code of the State of California. <br /> Section 6. <br /> <br /> In all particulars ~ot recited In this Ordinance said <br />special election shall be held and conducted as provided by law <br /> <br />for holding municipal elections in the City of Santa Ana. <br /> Section V. <br /> <br /> Any qualified voter may, at said special election , <br /> <br />vote in favor of the proposition submitted by stamping a cross <br />(X) on his or her ballet in the voting square at the right of <br />the word YES following the proposition voted upon, and any <br />q~alified voter may, at said special election, vote against <br />the proposition submitted by stamping a cross (X) upon his or <br />her ballot in the voting square at the right of the word N0 <br /> <br /> <br />
