RESOLUTION 65-111 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT <br />OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY <br />FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO MABURY PARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY has requested <br />an easement for the sole purpose of furnishing electric energy to <br />a public park on order placed by the City of Santa Ana for such <br />service. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />hereby directs the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council to execute <br />that certain Grant of Easement, margin dated 6-11-65, to the <br />SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, which is understood between <br />the parties thereto to be for the sole purpose of conveying electric <br />energy to be used by the City of Santa Ana for all the purposes <br />therein stated in its public park. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of July, 1965. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
