RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, ESTIMATE <br />OF COST, AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 229, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha, California, in regular session assembled this 2nd day of <br />August, 1965, that the Director of Public Works of said City of <br />Santa Aha be and he hereby is authorized and directed to prepare <br />plans and specifications for the construction and installation of an <br />eight inch extra strength vitrified clay pipe sewer line with four <br />inch extra strength vitrified clay pipe sewer laterals and standard <br />manholes, together with appurtenances and appurtenant work, in <br />Newhope Street, Regent Drive, Elliott Place and Gates Street Easterly <br />of the intersection of the center lines af Newhope Street and Regent <br />Drive, and in the three cul de sacs of Regent Drive and Elliott <br />Place. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Director of Public Works <br />be and he hereby is authorized and directed to prepare a careful <br />estimate of the cost and expense of such work, and a plat or map of <br />the proposed assessment district. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1965. <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br />/--City.A~tOrngy , <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
