SECTION VII. This Ordinance shall be signed by the President <br />of the Board of Trustees, attested by the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha, <br />and published three (3) times in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a <br />newspaper of general circulation published in s~d City, and thirty <br />(30) days after its fl~st publication shall be in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was duly and <br />regUlarly introduced, at a regular adjourned meeting of the Board of <br />T~ustees of the City of S~ ta Ana held on the 2§th day of January,1928, <br />and was referred to the City Attorney, and that the same was regularly <br />passed and adopted at a~regular meeting of the Board of T~ustees held <br />on the 1st day of February, 1928, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees C.H.
