ORDI]{ANCE NO. 80'2 An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana, California, repeal. lng Ordinance No. 799 which ordinance repealed ordinance No. 592 providing for the levy and collection of taxes by the County office~ in by and for the use of the City of Santa Ana, for municipal purposes: Providing that said repeal of ordinance No. 799 shall not affect levy or collection of 1926-1927 fiscal year taxes. The Board of TFastees of the City of Santa Ane, Californi do ordain as follows, to-wit: SECTION 1. That Ordinance NO. 799 of the City of Santa Ana, repealing Ordinance of said City No. 892 providing for the assessment of property and for the levy and collection of taxes by the County Officers in, by and for the use of the City of Santa Aha for municipal purposes be and the same is repealed. SECTION II. It is further ordained that the repeal of Ordinance No. 799 shall not ~ffect the collection of taxes for the fiscal year 1926-1927 or ~le sale of property when the taxes thereo are delinquent as provided by law. SECTION III. The City Clerk shall certify to the a d optic] of this ordinance and cause the same to be published three times in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, and it shall be in full force and effect thirty (~0) days after its first publication. I hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was regularly introduced and read at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha held on the ~th day of December 1926 and passed at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 27th day of December, 19~6, by the following vote: AYES, TRUSTEES: C.H.Chapman, Geo.
