RESOLUTION NO. 65-116 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DESCRIBING BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT <br /> DISTRICT, ADOPTING ASSESSMENT MAP, AND ORDERING <br /> FILING THEREOF, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 229, <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana, California, in regular session assembled this 2nd day of <br />August, 1965, that the proposed boundaries of the assessment district <br />proposed to be assessed in this assessment proceeding to pay any part <br />of the cost of the proposed improvement in this improvement district <br />are as shown upon a map of the assessment district entitled "DIAGRAM <br />OF ASSESS~NT DISTRICT NO. 229," and which map indicates by a <br />boundary line the extent of the territory included in this improve- <br />ment district. Said plat or map is hereby adopted as the plat or <br />map describing the extent of the territory to be included in this <br />proposed assessment district. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Aha is <br />hereby ordered and directed to endorse upon the original and at <br />least one copy of said map her certificate evidencing the date and <br />adoption of this resolution. Thereafter said Clerk of the Council <br />shall file the original of said map in said Clerk's office, and <br />shall forthwith thereafter, and in no event later than August 23, 1965, <br />file a copy of said map executed as hereinbefore directed, with the <br />County Clerk of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
