RESOLUTION NO. 65-117 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS A~ <br /> ASSESSMENT MAP, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 229, <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Arm, California, in regular session assembled this 2nd day of <br />August, 1965, that the plans and specifications submitted by the <br />Director of Public Works of said City of Santa Ama for the pro- <br />posed improvement of certain streets in said City of Santa Aha <br />included in Assessment District No. 229, Santa Aha, California, <br />in the City of Santa Arm, State of California, said plans and <br />specifications being on file in the office of the Director of Public <br />Works of said City of Santa Aha, be and they hereby are adopted as <br />the plans and specifications for the doing of said work and improve- <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the plat or map on file in <br />the office of the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Ana, <br />entitled '~IAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 229," be and the same <br />hereby is adopted as the plat or map describing the extent of the <br />territory to be included in the proposed assessment district. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br />/,/ City Attorney <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
