RESOLUTION 65-123 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HENRY I. PADGHAM and LETA S. PADGHAMhave delivered <br />to the City a deed dated July 1, 1965, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes at the southeast corner of Bush and Ninth Streets; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LOUIS EARL GONZALES and ALBERTA GONZALES have <br />delivered to the City a deed dated July 22, 1965, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes at the southeast corner of McFadden <br />Avenue and Golden West Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WESTWAY PETROLEUM CO., a California corporation, <br />has delivered to the City a deed dated June 30, 1965, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes at the southwest corner of Clinton and <br />Seventeenth Streets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Homer Sterling, the City's designated agent, <br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
