0RLE NANCE NO. ~iO6 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR HOLDING A GENERAL <br />~IUNICIPAL ELECTION IE THE CIq~% OF sANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, ON THE llth DAY OF APRIL, 1927, <br />FOR THE ELECTION OF CITY OFFICERS IN SAID CITY; <br />GIVING NOTICE OF SAID ELECTION; DESIGNATING THE <br />POLLING PLACES, THE HOURS DURING %~qICH THE POLLS <br />SHALL BE OPEN, ~ ~ FICERS TO BE ELECTED, AND <br />APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS TO SERVE AT SAID <br />ELECTION. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana do <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. A general municipal election shall be <br />held in the City of Santa Aha, California, by the qualified <br /> <br />electors of said City on the 2nd Monday <br />same being the llth day of April, 1927, <br />the following named officers: <br /> <br />term of <br /> <br />in April, 1927, the <br />for the election of <br /> <br /> 1. Five members of the Board of Trustees for the <br />four years, one member frG~ each ward. <br /> <br /> 2. Five members of the Board of Education for the <br /> <br />term of four years. <br /> <br /> 3. Recorder for the term of four years. <br /> 4. Treasurer, for the term of four years. <br /> 8. Clerk, for the term of four years. <br /> <br /> 8. Attorney, for the term of four years. <br /> <br /> 7. Marshal, for the term of four years. <br /> <br /> Section 2. There will be fifteen (lB) voting <br />precincts for the purpose of holding said election, consist- <br />ing of a consolidation of the regular election precincts <br />established for holding the last general stste and county <br />election as hereinafter set forth, and a Boar8 of Election <br />consisting of one inspector, two judges and two clerks for <br />each such consolidated precinct shall c~stitute the electioK <br />officers to have charge of such election, and the foliowing <br />are hereby ~ppointed to hold, con~ct and make returns of <br />said election as required by law, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Consolidated Votin~ Precinct No. l, consisting of <br />regular election precincts established for holding the last <br />general state an8 county election Nos. 8, 9, l0 and ll; an~ ~he' <br />polling place for such Consolid~ted Voting Pre~nct No. 1 <br />shall be at the Lincoln School Building, situated on French <br />Street between Fourteenth Street and Fifteenth Street; and <br />the Board of Election for said Consolidated Voting Precinct <br />No. i hereby appointed are as follows: <br /> <br /> Inspector: LloMd N.
