PEi,L~ TIEB: <br /> <br /> ~y person, firm or corporation violating ~ny of the <br />provlslo~s of this ordinance shall be de~med guilty of a misdemeanor <br />and upon conviction thee'eof shall be punishable by a fine of not to <br />exceed three h~dred dollars ($,500.00) or by imp~f'so~ent in the <br />Co~ty Jail of the County of Orange for not to exceed six (6) months~ <br />or by both such fine and impriso~nt. Each of such persons, <br />firms or corporations shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense <br />for every twenty-four (24) hours during which such violation is <br />permitted to exist after official notice has been posted upon the <br />premises that such building or premises are being used in vlolat'ion <br />of this ordinance.~ <br /> <br /> SECTION, ~II.
