98 ORDINANCE NO. 846 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 809 TO ORANGE TEE ZONE UPON WEST FIRST STREET, ON BOTH sIDES OF TEE STREET, BETWEEN PARTON STREET AND VAN NESS AVENUE AND WALNUT STREET ON THE NORTH SiDE THEREOF,BETWEEN PARTON STREET AND VAN NESS AVENUE, FROM .~INGLE FAMILY RESIIENCE ZONE TO TWO FAMILY AND APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT OF NOT MORE THAN TWO STORIES IN HEIGHT ZONE. The City Co~mcil of the City of Santa Ana do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 809 of the City of Santa Aha is hereby amended and the zone upon that portion of West First Street, on both sides of the ~treet, between Patton Street and van Ness Avenue and upon ~hat porti~ of Walnut Street on the North side thereof, between Patton Street and Van Ness Avenue, is hereby changed from ~ingle Family Residence Zone to Two Family and Apartment House District of not more than two stories in Height Zone, as defined by Zoning Ordinance No. Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be pub- lished three times in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and said Ordinance shall take effect and be force thirty (30) days £rom the date of its final passage~ The foregoing Ordinance is approved this 23rd day of April, 1928.
