RESOLUTION 65-159 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF TWO
<br />QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA WITH
<br />NO CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of property on the east side
<br />of Fairview Street, north of Edna Drive, dedicated to the City
<br />vehicular access rights at said location and the present owners have
<br />requested vehicular access rights to Fairview Street which the City
<br />has determined should be granted; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of property at the northeast
<br />corner of McFadden Avenue and Diamond Street dedicated to the City
<br />vehicular access rights at said location and the present owner has
<br />requested vehicular access rights to McFadden Avenue which the City
<br />has determined should be granted;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
<br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
<br />quitclaiming to JOHN C. HURLEY and CHARLES B. HURLEY the real property
<br />in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
<br />described as:
<br /> All vehicular access rights to Fairview Street over the Southerly
<br /> 36.00 feet of the lands lying East of the East line of the following
<br /> described property:
<br /> The West 52.00 feet of the West 320.00 feet of the North 198.16
<br /> feet of the South 561.45 feet of the Northwest one-quarter of the
<br /> Southwest one-quarter of Section 2, Township 5 South, Range 10 West,
<br /> in the Rancho Las Bolsas, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51,
<br /> Page 12, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
<br />
<br />and deliver the same to Mr. John C. Hurley, 1429 South Sycamore Street,
<br />Santa Ana, California.
<br />
<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
<br />Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
<br />claiming to ALMA ELSA KELLER the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
<br />County of Orange, State of California, described as:
<br />All vehicular access rights to McFadden Avenue from the Westerly
<br />21.00 feet of the Easterly 26.00 feet of Lot 94 of Tract 3711, as
<br />shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 132, pages 24 and 25,
<br />Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
<br />and deliver the same to Mrs. Alma Elsa Keller, 217 South State College
<br />Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805.
