RESOLUTION 65-164 AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION FOR <br />STREET PURPOSES FOR THE WIDENING AND IMPROVING <br />OF WARNER AVENUE, EAST OF GREENVILLE STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Warner Avenue as it now exists east of Greenville <br />Street is inadequate in width to accomodate the flow of traffic <br />presently using said street; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana does hereby find and determine that the public <br />interest and necessity require that Warner Avenue be widened and <br />improved on the south side, east of Greenville Street, and does <br />require that said City do have and acquire an easement for street <br />purposes over, through and across certain lands in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1: An easement for street purposes over the Northerly 36.00 <br /> feet of the following described property: <br /> <br />The West 54 acres of Lot 10 of the Williams Tract, in the <br />City of Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in <br />Book 30, page 14, Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, <br />California. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 10, and <br />running thence South along the West line of said Lot, <br />279.00 feet to a point 838.02 feet North of the Southwest <br />corner of said Lot 10; thence Easterly along a line <br />parallel to the Northerly line of said Lot 10, 452.00 feet; <br />thence Northerly along a line l~rallel to the West line of <br />said Lot 10; thence West 452.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of Lot 10 of <br />the Williams Tract, as per map recorded in Book 30, <br />page 14, Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of <br />LOS Angeles County, California, 700.47 feet Easterly of <br />the Northwest corner of said Lot 10, and running thence <br />West along said Northerly line of said Lot 10, 50.00 feet; <br />thence Southerly at right angles 50.00 feet; thence <br />Easterly at right angles 50.00 feet and thence Northerly <br />at right angles 50.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion previously dedicated <br />for street purposes. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: An easement for street purposes over that portion of the <br /> following described property: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of Lot 10 of the <br />Williams Tract, as per map recorded in Book 30, page 14, <br />Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles <br />County, California, 700.47 feet Easterly of the Northwest <br />corner of said Lot 10, and running thence West along said <br />Northerly line of said Lot 10, 50.00 feet; thence Southerly <br />at right angles 36.00 feet; thence Easterly 32.53 feet; <br />thence Northerly 3.00 feet; thence Easterly 12.00 feet; <br />thence Southerly 3.00 feet; thence Easterly 5.47 feet; <br />thence Northerly 36.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion previously dedicated for <br />street purposes. <br /> <br /> <br />
