ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, A~END- ING ORDINANCE NO. ~81 OF SAID CITY, REGULATING THE FREIGHT TRAVEL OVER CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS IN SAID CITY. The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do ~rdain as follows: Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 381 of the City of Santa Ana restricting the running of freight cars along Fourth Street in said City, except between the hours of l0 P.M. and 6 A.M. is hereby amended by striking from said Section 2 of Ordinance No. ~81 that portion restricting the running of f~eight cars over and along the tracks of the Pacific Electric Railway Company on Fourth Street in the City of Santa Aha, between the hours of ten o'clock P.M. and six o'clock A.M., and hereafter it shall be lawful for freight cars to be run over the tracks of the Pacific EleCtric Railway Company in said City, during any hour of the day. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be ~ublished three times in.~the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a ~da~ly newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and said ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.
