'0RDI~iANCE N0. 899 Mi ORDINANCE ~v~NDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 809 TO cH~kNGE THE ZONE UPON SEVEN- TEENTH STR~ET~ FROM MAIN STR~:~ET TO FLOWER STREET, ON BOTH SIDES OF SAID STREET~ FR0~ SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE TO NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS ZONE. The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 809 of the City of Santa Ana is hereby to Flower Street, Zone to ordinance to be published throe (3) times in the Santa-Aha Daily Evening amended, and the zone upon Seventeenth Street, from ~ain Street both sides of said street, is hereby changed from Single Family i{esidence Neighborhood Business Zone, as defined by Zoning Ordinance No. 809.' Section ~. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this and cause the same i{egister, a daily newspaper printed, and published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and said Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from the ~ate of its final passage.
