RESOLUTION 65-168 ACCEPTING A DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~OLLIE N. BALLARD has delivered to the City a deed <br />dated October 18, 1965, conveying a parcel of real property on <br />Sycamore Street, south of Walnut Street, for off-street parking <br />purposes at Fire Headquarters in consideration of the sum of <br />$18,750.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow <br />Number 870559-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust <br />Company, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: float the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed and Carl J.
