RESOLUTION 65-173 AMENDING SECTION 3 OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD THE CLASS <br />TITLE OF WATER UTILITY INSPECTOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council adopted <br />Resolution No. 58-281 revising and re-establishing the Basic <br />Compensation Plan for employees of the City, which said Resolution <br />has been continuously maintained by amendment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class title to the <br />list of class titles contained in said Resolution and to allocate <br />a salary and wage schedule thereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution <br />No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding to said <br />Section 3, in proper alphabetized sequence, the following class <br />title with the salary and wage schedule number set opposite the same <br />as next herein set out: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE <br /> <br />SCHEDULE NO. <br /> <br />Water Utility Inspector <br /> <br />51 ($620-745 per month) <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take <br />effect on December 1, 1965. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of November, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />CO~TY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
