RESOLUTION 65-176 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE CITY <br />IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, B. E. B. GELKER has delivered to the City a deed <br />dated November 4, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes <br />on the west side of Lyon Street, south of First Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body <br />corporate and politic, has delivered to the City an easement deed <br />dated October 26, 1965, conveying an easement for public street <br />and highway purposes on the south side of Warner Avenue at Flower <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body <br />corporate and politic, has delivered to the City an easement deed <br />dated October 12, 1965, conveying an easement for public street and <br />highway purposes on the south side of Edna Drive, west of Lewis <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ALICE D. PIEPER and IRIS E. SCHROEDER have delivered <br />to the City a deed dated October 29, 1965, conveying an alley for <br />alley purposes north of Bolsa Avenue, west of Figueroa Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WM. J. PLANCHON and MARTHA C. PLANCHON have <br />delivered to the City a deed dated October 28, 1965, conveying an <br />easement for street purposes on the south side of Edinger Avenue, <br />west of Spruce Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CLARA E. VOSE, a widow, and GREER BROS. ENTERPRISES, <br />a California corporation, have delivered to the City a deed dated <br />October 28, 1965, conveying an easement and right of way for water <br />main and appurtenant structure on the east side of Bristol Street, <br />south of Sharon Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />the City a deed <br />street purposes <br />Street; and <br /> <br />JOHN G. HOE}~MAN and ANNE HOEKMAN have delivered to <br />dated November 3, 1965, conveying an easement for <br />on the north side of McFadden Avenue, east of Newhope <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />the City a deed <br />street purposes <br />Street; and <br /> <br />HENRY OLIVIER and ROSE M.
