RESOLUTION NO. 65-185 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, MAKING DETERMINATIONS AND CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT AND PROCEEDINGS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION, RESOLUTION NO. 64-141. (Assessment District No. 220, Botsa-Euctid) WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Santa Aha, California, has heretofore made and filed with the Clerk of the Council in the office of said Clerk of the Council in said city, an assessment and diagram for that certain work or improvement in said city done under and pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911 (commencing at Section 5000 of the Streets and Highways Code), and resolu- tion of intention, Resolution No. 64-141; and WHEREAS, after the filing of said assessment and diagram the Clerk of the Council has given notice of the filing of said assessment and of the time and place set for hearing by this City Council, and said Clerk of the Council filed with this City Council an affidavit of publication and certificates of posting and mailing setting forth the time and manner of publication, posting and mailing of said notices; and WHEREAS, at the time and place stated in such notice, a hearing was duly held by this City Council, at which said assessment and diagram were presented and con- sidered, and all written appeals, protests and objections, if any, were duly presented, read, heard and considered and all persons desiring to be heard thereon were heard, and all persons desiring to be heard were heard in respect to any matter relating to said work or improvement, to any act or determination of the Director of Public Works of said city in relation thereto, to the contract for said work or the performance of said work, to the omission or inclusion of any portion of the work in said contract, to the correct- ness of said assessment or said diagram, or to any other act, determination or proceedings of said Director of Public Works or to any matter relating to said work, the assessment district or the proceedings therefor, and this City Council has received evidence relating to the foregoing; NOW, THERe. FORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, California, DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: Section 1. That said hearing has been duly held, and notice thereof has been duly given. Section 2. That all protests and objections, written and oral, if any, made or filed with respect to said assessment, diagram and other matters heard by this City Council, be and the same are hereby overruled and denied. ol-
