ORDINANCE NO. 916 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 809 <br />TO CHANGE THE ZONE UPON EAST SEVENTEENTH STREET <br />FROM THE FIRST ALLEY EAST OF MAIN STREET TO <br />SPURGEON STREET, ON BOTH SIDES OF SAID STREET, <br />~ROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE TO APARTMENT <br />HOUSE DISTRICT ZO~Eo <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as follows: <br />Section 1. That Zoning O~dinance No. 809 of the City of Santa Aha is <br />hereb,y ~mewdad, and the zone upon Seventeenth Street from the First Alley East of <br />Main Street to Spurgeon Street, on both sides of said street, is hereby changed <br />from Single F,m~ly Residence Zone to Apartment House District Zone, as defined by <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 809. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />ordinance amd cause the same to be published three (3) t~es in the Santa Aha <br />Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed, and published a~d circulated <br />in the City of Santa Ama, amd said Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days <br />from the date of its final passage. <br /> <br />The foregoing ordinance is approved this ?th day of April, 1930. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> F.
