The elevation of the top of the sidewalk at the point of intersection of the Southerly linc of East Seventh Street with the Uesterly line of Spurgeon Street is 130.60 feet. The official width of East Seventh Street is sixty (O0) feet from property line to property line and being thirty (30) feet on each side of the center line thereof The official width of the pavement on East Seventh Street is forty (~0) feet and being twenty (20) feet on each side of the center line thereof. The official width of the sidewalk and par~vay reservation on East Seventh Street is ten (t0) feet and being i~aediatel? adjacent to the property lines thereof. The official radius of the curb return at the Southeasterly corner of Bush Street and East Seventh Street is 25 feet. Section No. 5. All of the elevations stated and given in this Ordinance and which are hereinbefore fixed and established as the grades upon Bush Street, Spurgeon Street, East Sixth Street, East Seventh Street, between the points hereinbefore mentionec are based upon a datum plane adopted and established by Ordinance No. 8gl of the City of Santa £~a, which datum plane is 12~.~88 feet below the center of a bench mark consisting of a copper plate fixed and located in the Northwest corner of the City Hall of the City of Santa Aha and marked "U. S. COAST AND GEODETIC SURVh'Y B.~." All of said elevations are expressed in feet and decimals thereof and are above said datum plane. Section No. 6. At all points on each street between the consecutive designated points where elevations are given, the grade shall conform to a true and uniform gradient between the designated points along the center line, the Eutter line, curb line or:sidewalk line, respectively. Section No. ~. All ordinances or parts of ordinances to the extent that they conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section No. 8. The City Clerk shall certify to the passmge of this ordinance and cause the same to b~ published three (3) times in the Sant~ Ana Daily >~vening Register, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and said 0rdinauce shall take effect thirty (~0) days from the date of its final passage.
