OEDINANCE NO. 943 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 809 <br />TO CHANGE THE ZONE ON BOTH SIDES OF SOUTH <br />BROADWAY BETW~qEN WALNUT STREET AND CHESTND~ STREET <br />FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE TO APARTMENT <br />HOUSE DISTRICT ZONE AND ON THE WEST SIDE OF SOUTH <br />SYCAMORE STREET BETWEEN WALNUT STREET AND CHESTNUT <br />STREET FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE TO TWO- <br />FAMILY AND APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT ZONE. <br /> <br />The Board of T~ustees of the City of Santa Ana do ordain as follows: <br />Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 809 of the City of Santa Aha is <br />hereby amended, and the zone upon all that certain real property on both sides of <br />South Broadway between Walnut Street and Chestnut Street is changed from Single <br />Family Residence Zone to Apartment House District Zone, and all that certain <br />property on the West.side of South Sycamore Street between Walnut Street and <br />Chestnut Street is changed from Single Family Residence Zone to Two Family and <br />Apartment House District Zone, as defined by Ordinance No. 809. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption <br />of this Ordinance, and shall cause the same to be published by three insertions <br />in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed, published and <br />circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and thirty (30) days thereafter it shall <br />take effecE and be in force. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by the Board of T~ustees of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its adjourned regular meeting, held on the 13th dayof July, 1931. <br /> <br /> John Knox <br /> P~esident of the Board of T~ustees of <br /> the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> E.
