R~SOLUTION 65-197 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANADECLARING WITHDRAWAL OF <br />TERRITORY FROM THE TUSTIN LIGHTING DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHE/tF~S, heretofore the territory herein describedwas annexed <br />to the City of Santa Ana, California, by Resolution 65-105, w~ich was <br />adopted July 6, 1965, under the name of "FIRST AND TUSTIN WEST ANNEX <br />NUMBER TWO", and said property has been within the limits of the City <br />of Santa Aha for more than four months, still remains within the <br />Tustin Lighting District, is now subject to double taxation for the <br />purpose of receiving street lighting service, and should be withdrawn <br />from said Lighting District. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RRSOLVED: That in accordance with <br />Government Code 919290 all of that certain territory of the City of <br />Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described in the <br />description attached hereto entitled "FIRST AND TUSTIN WEST ANNEX <br />NUMBER TWO" and by this reference made a part hereof, be and the same <br />is hereby withdrawn from the Tustin Lighting District and the City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares the withdrawal of <br />said territory from said District. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of December, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA A~A ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
