RESOLUTION 65-198 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHE/~EAS, JOE L. SERNA and JOSEPHINE S. SERNAhave delivered <br />to the City a deed dated December 13, 1965, conveying an easement <br />for street purposes on the west side of Newhope Street and the north <br />side of McFadden Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ROBERT H. SPAHN and JOANNE M. SPAHNhave delivered <br />to the City a deed dated December 14, 1965, conveying an easement <br />for street purposes on the west side of Newhope Street, north of <br />McFadden Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HEINECKE ENTERPRISES, a California corporation, has <br />delivered to the City a deed dated December 8, 1965, conveying <br />vehicular access rights on the west side of Tustin Avenue, south of <br />Santa Clara Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
