RESOLUTION 65-201 AUTHORIZING RX~CUTION OF A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located <br />on the north side of Warner Avenue, east of Flower Street, dedicated <br />vehicular access rights to the City and the present owners have now <br />requested access rights to Warner Avenue which the City has determined <br />should be granted. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed <br />quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING <br />FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, all vehicular <br />access rights to Warner Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, County of <br />Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />All vehicular access rights to Warner Avenue over the Easterly <br />22.00 feet of the Westerly 60.5 feet and the Westerly 16.00 feet <br />of the Easterly 50.00 feet of the following described property: <br /> <br />The South 175.00 feet of the East 148.00 feet of the West 10 acres <br />of the South half of the Southeast quarter of Section 24, Town- <br />ship 5 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, <br /> <br />and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of December, 1965. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYo , / <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
