1 <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />14 <br />15 <br /> <br /> 17 <br /> <br />19 <br />2O <br />21 <br />22 <br /> <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br /> <br />30 <br />31 <br />~2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 62-1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANAt CALIFORNIA, GRANTING CONSENT TO <br />THE CITY OF FOUNTAIN VALLEY FOR THE EXTENSION <br />OF THE WORK OUTSIDE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY <br />OF FOUNTAIN VALLEY AND INTO THE TERRITORY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />DOMESTIC WATER FACILITIES IN "CITY OF FOUNTAIN <br />VALLEY-WATER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1," AND <br />APPROVING PROPOSED RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF <br />THE CITY OF FOUNTAIN VALLEY FOR S~T~ ,~ORK. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fountain <br />Valley has by its Resolution No./O gq , adopted on January 2, 1962, <br />requested consent for the extension of the work outside the boun- <br />dary limits of the City of Fountain Valley and into territory with- <br />in the boundary limits of the County of Orange, the City of <br />Huntington Beach, the City of Westminster, the City of Garden Grove <br />and the City of Santa Ana, for the construction of domestic water <br />facilities and all appurtenances and appurtenant work, in "City of <br />Fountain Valley-Water Assessment District No. 1," and has further <br />requested consent and approval to proceedings for the said proposed <br />construction and to the exercise of jurisdiction by the said City <br />Council of the City of Fountain Valley to all the proceedings <br />necessary or proper for the purpose of consummating the same, all <br />in accordance with the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911," <br />being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Fountain Valley has submitted to <br />this City Council a certified copy of its said Resolution No. <br />and a copy of its proposed Resolution of Intention for said work, <br />and a copy of the plans and of the plat of the assessment district, <br />and has requested approval thereof, and it appears from an examina- <br />tion of the proposed Resolution of Intention, the plans and the <br />plat,, that although the work and improvements proposed to be con- <br />structed will extend outside the boundaries of the City of Fountain <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
