RESOLUTION NO. 62-2 ACCEPTING DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ORANGE COUNTY LAW BUILDING, a California Corporation, <br /> <br />has presented to the City a deed dated December 19, 1961, conveying <br />an easement for street purposes on the North side of Eighth Street, <br />West of Birch; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid <br /> <br />to said grantor by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
