~' ~m Y~ION OF A <br />RESOLUTION ,~0. 62-a ORDERING ~ ........ ~ <br />T,.gNTY~OOr aLLEY 150 FmmT EAST OF ?~AIN STREET, <br />BEGINNING 170 FmmT SOUTH OF ,~.~NTRAa AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 20, 1961, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 61-269, declaring intention to vacate <br /> that certain alley described herein? fixing date of hearing on said vacation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, public hearing was duly held on said question, on notice contained in said published Resolution and <br />posting as required by law. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds that the alley <br />herein described is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes and makes its order vacating and aban, <br />doning for street purposes said alley in the City of Santa Ana, County of 0range, State of California~ described as: <br /> <br /> Alley to the rear of Lots 12 through 17 and Lots 18 <br /> through 23, Block F of South Santa Ana Tract as per <br /> map thereof in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 5, Page ~3. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED By the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of <br />January, 1962. <br /> <br /> A.A.
