ORDINANCE NO. 961 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 94 OF ORDINANCE NO. 658 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO The City Council of the City of Santa Ana ordains as follows: That Section 94 of 0rdinauce No. 658 and amendments thereto is hereby amended as follows: "Section 94. Every person, firm or corporation not specifically mentioned in this ordinance, conducting, managing or carrying on the business of running, driving or operating any automobile, automobile truck, automobile tank, wagon or any other motor vehicle used for the transportation of baggage, freight, household goods, merchandise, lumber, brick, cement, oil, rock or.gravel, shall pay a license fee of $6.0 per quarter for each motor vehicle." The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published three (3) times in the Santa ~'~a Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and said ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.
