RESOLUTION NO. 62-8 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JUST.I.~E REALTY COMPANY, a Missouri Corporation, has <br />presented to the City a deed dated December 28, 1961, conveying /~ <br />easements for street purposes on the South side of Talbert Avenue, <br /> <br />west of Greenville Road; and <br /> <br />the City a deed dated January 5, 1962, conveying a drainage easement <br />North from Warner Avenue, West of Rene Drive; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a corporation, has <br />presented to the City a deed dated December 7, 1961, conveying an /5 <br />easement for street purposes on the South side of Seventeenth Street <br />and Concord Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />presented to the City a deed dated January 8, 1962, conveying an /~/ <br />easement for street purposes on the Southwest corner of Newhope <br /> <br />Street and Sugar Avenue; and <br /> <br />dated January 5, 1962, conveying a parcel of land which constitutes. <br /> <br />a portion of the "West Ditch", North of Edinger Avenue, and described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The Southerly 150.23 feet, measured along the East line <br />of Lot A, Tract No. 2704, as shown on a map thereof <br />recorded in Book 116, Pages 19 and 20, Miscellaneous <br />Maps, Records of Orange County, California; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
