RESOLUTION NO. 62-10 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located <br /> <br />on the West side of Standard Avenue, South of Edinger Avenue, dedicated <br />to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights on the West side of <br />Standard Avenue, South of Edinger Avenue, and the present owner, <br />ROBERT ARTHUR NUNN, has now requested driveway locations acress said <br />area, and the City has determined to grant the same. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk <br />of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed <br />quitclaiming to ROBERT ARTHUR NUNN Vehicular access rights on the West <br />side of Standard Avenue, South of Edinger Avenue, and to deliver the <br />same to said owner. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of January, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 15th dayoof January, 1962, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> RoyalE.
