RESOLUTION NO. 62-13 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />DEED TO HARRY R. MARTIN QUITCLAIMING VEHICULAR <br />ACCESS RIGHTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore Grantee, herein named, granted to the City <br />all vehicular access rights to and from certain lots on Delhi Road - <br />now Warner Avenue - which the City of Santa Ana no longer needs as a <br />restricted area; that at the time said access rights were granted to <br />the City by said Grantee, it was not the intent of the City to have <br />those rights for the purpose of any value, but merely for the purpose <br />of control for the access onto the street. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds <br />that vehicular access rights to and from Warner Avenue as affecting <br />certain lots herein described should be returned to the owner of said <br />lots, and the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are directed for and <br />on behalf of the City to execute a deed to HARRY R. MARTIN quitclaiming <br />to him all vehicular access rights to and from Warner Avenue on the <br />frontage of that certain real property described as: <br /> <br /> Lot 33 in Tract No. 3589 as per map thereof recorded in <br /> Miscellaneous Maps Book 131, Pages 34 and 35, and <br /> <br /> Lots 29, 30 and 31 in Tract No. 3638 as per map thereof <br /> recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 131, Pages 36 and 37, <br /> <br /> both in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, <br /> California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of January, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~L~RK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the <br />15th day of January, 1962, and was at said meeting regularly passed and <br />adopted by the following ¥ote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
