SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to submit a certified copy of this Ordinance to the County Auditor of Orange County, California, on or before the 1st day of September, 1933. SECTION 4: The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance to be published three times in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a newspaper printed and pub- lished and generally circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for the publication of this Ordinance.
