RESOLUTION NO. OZ'~15 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 62-7, <br />WHICH DECLARED INTENTION TO ESTABLISH FUTURE RIGHT <br />OF WAY LINES ALONG SEVENTEENTH STREET, SUGAR AVENUE, <br />WARNER AVENUE, SANTA CLARA AVENUE, MEMORY LANE, <br />EDINGER AVENUE AND DYER ROAD - TALBERT AVENUE AND <br />FIXED THE DATE FOR HEARING THEREON, TO DELETE <br />PROVISION THAT DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS IS DIRECTED <br />TO POST COPIES OF SAID RESOLUTION ALONG THE PUBLIC <br />STREETS IN THE AREAS WHERE SAID FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY <br />LINES ARE BEING CONSIDERED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at its <br />regular meeting held on the 15th day of January, 1962, regularly <br />passed and adopted Resolution No. 62-7, which said Resolution declared <br />intention to establish Future Right of Way Lines along certain portions <br />of Seventeenth Street, Sugar Avenue, Warner Avenue, Santa Clara Avenue, <br />Memory Lane, Edinger Avenue and Dyer Road - Talbert Avenue, and desig- <br />nated that 7:30 P.M. on the 5th day of February, 1962, was the hearing <br />date when all persons objecting to the establishment of said Lines <br />might appear and be heard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution NO. 62-7 provided that the Director <br />of Public Works was directed to post copies of said Resolution along <br />the portions of the streets being considered at least ten (10) days <br />before the time of hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that said posting by the <br />Director of Public Works is unnecessary, and that said provision <br />should be deleted from said Resolution No. 62-7. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the paragraph of said <br /> <br />Resolution No. 62-7 reading as follows: <br /> <br />" The Clerk of the Council is directed~to publish this <br />Resolution once in the Register, and the Director of Public <br />Works is directed to post copies of this Resolution along <br />the streets hereinafter listed, in front of each block or <br />part thereof where such lines are proposed to be established. <br />Portions of the following streets are to be posted in <br />accordance with the hereinabove designations: <br /> <br />1. Seventeenth Street <br />2. Sugar Avenue <br />3. Warner Avenue <br />4. Santa Clara Avenue <br />5. Memory Lane <br />6. Edinger Avenue <br />7.
