RESOLUTION NO. 62-17 GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 1564 <br />ON APPEAL APPLICATION NO. 51 FILED BY ' THE CITY . : <br />COUNCIL . AFTER THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR <br />HAD DENIED A VARIANCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator <br />denied a Variance on Variance Application No. 1564, filed by <br />WILLIAM WENKE and HARRY TANCREDI, which said Variance was requested <br />to permit the use of the second floor of a building situated at <br />2006 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California, for a reading institute <br />in the P (Professional) District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 51 was duly filed by' the <br />City Council appealing the denial of the Variance by the Zoning <br />Administrator; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council, after careful <br />consideration of the statements contained in and the materials <br />accompanying the application, the testimony offered at the hearing, <br />examination of all of the facts established, and after determining <br />that said use requested by Variance Application No. 1564 meets the <br />requirements of Section 9250.8 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, it <br />has been determined that said Variance should be granted, and that <br />the Zoning Administrator should be overruled. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana hereby grants Appeal Application No. 51 and grants <br />a Variance on Variance Application No. 1564 to permit the use of the <br />second floor of the building at 2006 North Broadway, Santa Aha, Cali- <br />fornia, for the purpose of conducting a reading institute therein. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of February, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />dLgRK OF ~HE COUNCIL <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
