RESOL~llION NO. 62-19 C~/qGING THE N~ OF VE~ANO <br />STREET TO EUCLID STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there exists a certain public street in the City of <br />Santa Aha known as Verano Street, and the Orange County Committee <br />for Street Name study has recommended that the name of said street <br />be changed to Euclid Street in order to provide uniformity of street <br />names within Orange County; and <br /> <br /> ~5{EREAS~ the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha, <br />after study, has reccar~ended that the street name not be changed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after further study and consideration of all of the <br />relevant and material facts, the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Aha has determined that the street name should be changed in accordance <br />with the rec~m,endation of the Orange County Cc~amittee for Street Name <br />Study. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br />changes the name of that certain street within the City of Santa Aha <br />now known as Verano Street to the name of Euclid Street. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Director of Public Works is <br />instructed to provide street name signs on said street as it exists <br />in the City of Santa Aha to show the name now and heretofore used for <br />said street and the new name herein designated for said street, and <br />that the said former and new street name combination shall be maintained <br />on said street for a period of at least six months after the adoption <br />of this Resolution. <br /> <br /> PASSED ARD ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br /> regular meeting held on the 5th day of February, 1962. <br /> <br />at its <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />dLE~K OF THE CO~CIL <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
