RESOLUTION NO. 62-21 ACCEPTING DEEDS AND AN <br />INDENTURE WHERE'"THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH <br />CONS IDERATI ON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ALLEMAN ENTERPRISES~ INCORPORATED, have presented <br /> <br />to the City a deed dated January 9, 1962, granting easements for <br /> <br />street purposes at the Northwest corner of Hazard Avenue and Harbor <br /> <br />Boulevard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SIDNEY EGG~ETON has presented to the City a deed ~.~ <br />dated January 12, 1962, granting an easement for street purposes on /~'~ <br /> <br />the East side of Verano Street, North of Hazard Avenue; and <br /> <br />have presented to the City a deed dated January 30, 1962, granting /~ <br />an easement for street purposes on the South side of Edinger Avenue, <br /> <br />West of Bristol Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HENRY C. COX and BEVERLY L. COX have presented to the <br /> 7 <br />City a deed dated January 29, 1962, granting an easement for street ~.;~i· <br /> <br />purposes for Pendleton Avenue and Linda Way, North of Warner Avenue, <br /> <br />East of Artesia Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PACIFIC ELECTRIC RAILWAY COMPANY, a California <br /> <br />corporation, has presented to the City an indenture dated September 22, <br />1961, granting an easement for drainage purposes North of Talbert <br />Avenue, West of Orange County Flood Control Right of Way; and <br /> <br /> WqiEREAS, all of said instruments are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, <br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said <br />instruments.: <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
