RESOLUTION NO. 62-24 ACCEPTING PROPERTY <br />DEDICATED FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, a Subdivision Map de~ignated Tract <br />No. 1306 was regularly processed and placed on record in the <br />Recorder's office of the County of Orange, State of California, <br />filing the same; and <br /> <br />by <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lot A as shown on said Tract No. 1306 was reserved <br />for future highway purposes by statement on said Tract Map, and by <br />the official filing of said Map was irrevocably offered for dedi- <br />cation for said purposes. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha hereby accepts for highway purposes Lot A in <br />Tract No. 1306 as per map thereof in Miscellaneous Map Book 39, <br />Pages 29 and 30, in the Recorder's office of said Orange County. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of February, 1962. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />c NRK OF COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting <br />held on the 5th day of February, 1962, and was at said meeting <br />regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Royal E.
