858 ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 809 TO CHANGE THE ZONE ON LOTS 13s 14, 1§, 18. 17 and 18, BLOCK "E", HAWKINS ADDITION, LOTS 8 and 9, BLOCK "D", HAWKINS ADDITION, AND A TRIANGULAR PIECE OF PROPERTY AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF FRUIT AND SANTIAGO STREETS, FROM A ~.~0-FAMILY AND APARTMENT HOUSE ZONE TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE° The City Council of the City of Santa Aha ordains as follows: SECTION 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 809 of the City of Santa Aha is hereby amended, and the zone upon that certain real property, situated in the City of santa And, County of Orange, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Lots 13, IA. 15. 18, IV and 15s Block "E" Hawkins Addition, Lots 8 and §, B~ock "D", Hawkins Addition, and a triangulam piece of property at the Northeast corner of Pruit and Santiago Streets, is hereby changed from a Two-Familyand Apartment House.Zone to Light Industrial Zonee SECTION 2= The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance, and cause the same to be published thPee (3) times in the "Santa And Daily Evening Register", a daily newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa And, and said Ordinance shall take affect thirty (30) days from the date of its final passagee The foregoing Ordinance is approved this 25th day of June, ATTEST: E.L.
