RESOLUTION NO. 62-25 DECLARING WITHDRAWAL OF <br />TERRITORY FROM TUSTIN LIGHTING DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, territory hereinbelow described was <br />annexed to the City of Santa Ana, California, by Ordinance No. NS-297, <br />adopted December 16, 1957, under the name of "EAST OF PRENTICE PARK <br />ANNEX", so that now all of the real property hereinbelow described <br />is within the limits of the City of Santa Ana, but still remains in <br />the Tustin Lighting District and should be removed therefrom; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 15, 1962, the Orange County Boundary <br />Commission approved the description hereinbelow set out as reasonably <br />definite and certain for the purpose of changing the boundary lines <br />of said district. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That all that territory within <br /> <br />the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 in Tract 24 <br />as shown on a map recorded in Book 9, Page 23, Miscellaneous <br />Maps, Records of Orange County, California; and running thence <br />North 89© 07' 30" East along the North line of said Lot 1 a <br />distance of 308.27 feet to a point in said North line 20.73 <br />feet South 89° 07' 30" West from the Northeast corner of said <br />Lot 1; thence South 47° 16' 59" West 69.57 feet; thence South <br />8° 43' 22" East 69.15 feet; thence South 30© 01' 22" East <br />121.29 feet to a point on the East line of said Lot 1, 220.73 <br />feet South 00° 14' 50" East from the Northeast corner of <br />said Lot 1; thence South 00© 14' 50" East along said East <br />line of said Lot 1, and along the East line of Lot 3 in said <br />Tract No. 24 a distance of 1020.17 feet to the Southeast <br />corner of said Lot 3; thence South 89© 05' 30" West along <br />the South line of said Lot 3 a distance of 329 feet to the <br />Southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence North 00° 14' 50" <br />West along the West line of Lots 3 and 1 in said Tract No. 24, <br />a distance of 1241.16 feet to the Northwest corner of said <br />Lot 1 and to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />be, and the same is hereby withdrawn from the Tustin Lighting District, <br /> <br />and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that <br /> <br />said territory is so withdrawn from said District. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the 5th day of February, 1962. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
