BE IT RESOLVED: <br />that portion of: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 62-32,~O~RN±NG-~ PARKING Li['iiTATIONS <br /> AFb CUR3 <br /> <br />That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 3201, the City declares <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 61-65 adopted on the seventh day of March 1961 ordering <br /> <br /> Fairview Street to stop for McFadden Avenue <br /> <br /> is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be removed. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, Sections 21354 and <br /> <br /> 21351 and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 3201, traffic regulations are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> At the intersection of Fairview Street and <br /> McFadden Avenue, a STOP sign directing traffic <br /> on McFadden Avenue to stop for traffic on <br /> Fairview Street. <br /> <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install these signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove <br />described. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, Section 21458 and Santa Aha <br />Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3216, NO PARKING ZONES are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> On both sides of Fairview Street from the North <br /> curbline of ~dxnger Street to the South curb- <br /> line of First Street. <br /> <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install the NO PARKING AT ANY TIME signs to effectuate the <br />regulation as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED A~O ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of <br />February, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Marion Suttner <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />· STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />(S~AL) <br /> <br />A.
