<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE~ ~TY OF SANTA ANA A~NDING ORDINANCE NO.
<br /> 1010, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REG-
<br /> ULATING THE ERECTION, CONSTRUCTION, ENLARGEMENT, ALTERATION,
<br /> REPAIR, MOVING,. REMOVAL, DEMOLITION, CONVERSION, OCCUPANCY,
<br /> EQUIPMENT, USE, HEIGHT, A_REA, AND U-~INTENANCE OF ALL BUILD-
<br /> INGS AND/OR STR~CTURES IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: PROVIDING
<br /> FOR THEISSUANC~ OF PE~IITS AND COLLECTION OF FEES THEREFOR;
<br /> PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOI~ON THEREOF; REPEALING
<br /> ORDINANCE NO. @19 OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND ALL OTHER
<br /> ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH".

<br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTAANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br /> Section l: That that portion of Section 2 of Ordinance 1010 of the City of Santa
<br />.~na entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Erection, Construction,
<br />Enlargement, Alteration, Repair, Moving, Removal, Demolition, Conversion, Occupancy, Equip-
<br />ment, Use, Height, Area, and Eaintenance of all Buildings and/or Structures in the City of
<br />Santa Ana; Providing for the Issuance of Permits and Collection of Fees therefor; Providing
<br />Penalties for the Violation Thereof; Repealing Ordinance No. 819 of the City of Santa Ana, and
<br />all other Ordinances and Parts of Ordinances in Conflict Herewith", which reads as follows,
<br />to-wit:

<br /> "That there is hereby added the following:
<br />
<br /> ~Plastering Fees:
<br />
<br /> First 1500 yards ..... l~ per yard.
<br /> From l~00 to $000 yards .... 1/~ per yard.
<br /> All over ~000 yards ..... ]. l~/~· " "'

<br />be and the same is hereby repealed and there is hereby substituted in lieu and in olace thereof
<br />and said Ordinance is amende~ so that said portion will read as follows:
<br />
<br /> "That there is hereby added the following:
<br />
<br /> 'Plastering Fees:
<br />
<br /> F~rs~ $000 yards ...... 1~£~ per yard;
<br /> All over $000 yards.., l~ " "
<br />
<br /> It is provided however, that a minimum charge of One ($1.00)
<br /> Dollar shall be made on all work amounting to ~5.00 or more~".
<br />
<br /> Sectign ~: The City Clerk shall certify to the passnge of this Ordinance and shall
<br />cause the same to be published in three consecutive issues of the Santa Ana Daily Evening
<br />Register, a daily newspaper printed, oublished and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and
<br />hereby designated for that purpose, and thirty (~0) days thereafter shall take effect and be
<br />in force.

<br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting
<br />held on the 5th day of August, 19~5.
