(n) To indulge in riotous, boisterous, threatening, or indecent conduct, or <br />ab usive, threatening, profane, or indecent language, or operate any radio or musical <br />instrument in such a manner as to disturb in any manner any picnic, meeting, services, <br />concert, exercise or exhibition. <br /> <br /> (o) To disturb in any manner any picnic, meeting, services, concert, <br />exercise or exhibition. <br /> <br /> ~) To distribute any handbills or circulars, or to post, place or erect <br />any bills, notice, paper, or advertising device or matter of any kind. <br /> <br /> (q) To sell or offer for sale any merchandise, article or thing, whatsoever, <br />except by permit from the City Council. <br /> <br />(r) To practice, carry on, conduct or solicit for any trade, occupation, <br />business or profession or to circulate any petition of whatsoever kind or character. <br /> <br /> (s) To remain, stay or loiter in any public park between the hours of eleven <br /> (ll:00) o'cl&ck P.M. and five (§:00) o'clock A.M. of the following day. <br /> <br /> (t) To hold any meeting,~se~vice, concert, exercise or exhibition without <br /> obtaining permission from the Park Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana se <br /> <br />first <br />to do. <br /> <br /> (u) For any company, society or organization of more thantwenty persons to <br />hold or conduct any picnic, celebration, parade, service or exercise in any public park, <br />without first obtaining permission from the Park Superintendent; or for any person to <br />take part in any picnic, celebration, parade, service or exercise held or conducted <br />contrary to the provisions hereof. <br /> <br /> .(v) For any male person over eight (8) years of age to enter or use a~y <br />toilets or~r~st rooms for women in a public park. <br /> <br /> (w) <br /> <br /> (x) <br />is reserved.~ <br /> <br /> SECTION .3: Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the pro- <br />visions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction <br />thereof shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding one hundred ($100.00) dollars or by <br />imprisonment for a period not exceeding fifty (80) days, or by both such fine and <br />imprisonment. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances which are in conflict <br />with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> ~TI0~ 5: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and <br />shall cause the sane to be published in three consecutive issues of the Orange County <br />Reporter, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, <br />and hereby designated for that purpose, and thirty (30) days thereafter shall take <br />effect and be in force. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by theCouncil of the City of Santa Aha at its re~ar <br />meeting held on~the'4th day'of November, 1~$~. <br /> <br />To drink any spiritous, vinous, malt or mixed liquors. <br /> <br />To remove from any park equipment, any sign indic~tlng that such equipmen~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> E.
