RESOLUTION NO. 62-35 CONCERNING PA.~KI~J LI ~IT~rlO~o <br /> AiO CUFxB ~RKIN~S IN A~O~-~ T~..~R~.ITH. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 3201, the City declares <br />that the portion of: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 59-110 adopted on the fourth day of May 1959, ordering <br /> <br /> McFadden Avenue to stop for Sullivan Street <br /> <br />is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs and pavement <br />markings to be removed. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the Provisions of the California Vehicle Code, Sections 21354 and <br />21351 and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 3201, traffic regulations are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> At the intersection of Sullivan Street and McFadden <br /> Avenue, a STOP sign directing traffic on Sullivan <br /> Street to stop for traffic on McFadden Avenue. <br /> <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install those signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove <br />described. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of <br /> <br />February, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Marion Suttner <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />A.
