RESOLUTION NO. 62-39 ACCEPTING DEED WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ROY J. LYON and EDITH MAY LYON have presented to the <br />City a deed dated January 29, 1962, conveying a parcel of real <br />property, located at the Southeast corner of Fifth and Bush Streets, <br />for municipal purposes in consideration of the payment of $90,000.00. <br />Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 863936-HRB with <br />Orange County Title Company, Santa Aha, California. <br /> <br />j551 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
