RESOLUTION NO. 62~4~ ACCEPTING ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />DEED FROM RAYMOND A. BRANDT IN CONSIDERATION OF THE <br />PAYMENT OF $47,500.00, OF WHICH SUM $1,500 IS IN <br />CONSIDERATION FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY AND THE SUM OF <br />$46,000.00 FOR REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, RAYMOND A. BRANDT, M. D., Public Administrator <br />with Will Annexed De Bonis Non, of the Estate of Emory H. Prince, <br />also known as E. H. Prince, Deceased, has presented to the City a <br />Deed of Administrator, dated January 8, 1962, conveying to the City <br />a parcel of real property situated in the Civic Center area of the <br />City of Santa Aha and described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot Five (5) and the East one-half (E 1/2) of Lot <br /> Four (4) of "Visel's Addition", as per map there- <br /> of recorded in Book 3, Page 17, of Miscellaneous <br /> Maps, Records of Orange County, California, <br /> <br />in consideration of the payment of $47,500.00, of which the sum of <br />$1,500.00 is in consideration for certain personal property situated <br />in a building upon said parcel of real property and detailed by a <br />bill of sale dated February 8, 1962, executed by said RAYMOND A. <br />BRANDT, M. D., Public Administrator; and the sum of $46,000.00 is <br />the consideration for the parcel of real property hereinabove <br />described; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said transaction is to be handled through Escrow <br />No. 321692-ET with Title Insurance and Trust Company, Santa Aha, <br />California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, <br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regUlar meeting held on the 19th day of February, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />dL~RK OF TH~.
